India's Prime Minister’s Ten-Point Agenda on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) is a strategic framework to mainstream disaster management into the country's overall development and planning. During the sessions, this Ten-point agenda will also be emphasized.
This partnership can create a platform that strengthens regional disaster preparedness and aligns global strategies with local needs. Goa, with its coastal location and unique ecological environment, is an apt setting for discussions on disaster resilience, especially in the context of climate change, coastal management, and emergency response.
